Advantages disadvantages of hot pressed heavy bamboo floor:

Advantages: hot pressing refers to some deficiencies of cold pressing. Combined with the improved production process of bamboo plywood, pressure heating curing is completed at one time. The blank forming process is completed under the pressure of thousands of tons. The density is uniform, it is easy to collapse jump, which further improves the internal quality of the slab.

Disadvantages: the density of the hot pressed bamboo floor is higher than that of the cold press, it is more difficult to cut, the cost of consumables is also higher. The time of heating curing of the hot pressed bamboo is shorter, the color difference is much larger than that of the cold press.

Hot pressing process:
